The purpose of the Contract Submittal Fee form is to allow waste facilities the ability to submit their tonnage accepted from the Delaware, Knox, Marion, or Morrow counties in Ohio on a monthly basis as stated in their Designated Facility contracts or Waiver agreements. Waste facilities who do not have either of these two agreements in place may not accept waste from the DKMM district.
