Commissioner Appelfeller recognized Commissioners Teresa Bemiller, Thom Collier (absent from photo) both of Knox County, and Kerr Murray from Marion County for their years of service and dedication to the DKMM board.  Retiring Commissioner Bemiller stated that she had been a Commissioner for 16 years, but has been in public service in other roles for over 42 years.  DKMM staff also wish to thank these Commissioners for all of their service to the Board, and will miss their contributions to the District.
