solid waste management PLAN

Each solid waste district in the state is required by H.B. 592 to develop and implement a solid waste plan that outlines how solid waste within its' borders will be handled. The Plan outlines programs that will be implemented to reduce the amount of waste reaching our landfills. The plan is reviewed and updated every five years to ensure the District is meeting the needs of residents, governments and businesses.
