In order to build, operate or modify an existing solid waste facility (including compost facilities) in the Delaware, Knox, Marion, Morrow District, an entity must have DKMM District Board approval along with any required Ohio EPA permits.

Any entity wishing to build or modify a solid waste facility must fill out the application found here and submit the document to the District Director.
